About the Role As Chapter Lead – Identity, you will: Lead and develop a high-performing Identity chapter, fostering technical mastery, career growth, and a culture of continuous learning. Guide and mentor IAM specialists, supporting their professional development and capability uplift. Drive the adoption of engineering excellence and best practices across identity and API teams, ensuring consistency and scalability. Collaborate with Product Owners, Tribe Leads, and Delivery stakeholders to align chapter work with strategic initiatives and organizational goals. Promote innovation, well-being, and continuous improvement within the chapter. Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across Technology, Risk, Cyber Security, and Delivery teams. Oversee the definition and implementation of standards, processes, and guardrails for identity and API platforms. Ensure chapter work aligns with compliance, security, and business objectives. What You’ll Bring Proven leadership and coaching skills, with experience developing technical professionals and building high-performing teams. Ability to set clear expectations, drive accountability, and create visibility of work and outcomes. Experience in driving engineering excellence, process improvement, and best practice adoption. Experience in resource planning, performance management, and capability development across distributed teams. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of influencing alignment across teams. Understanding of IAM protocols and platforms, with the ability to guide teams toward technical mastery (hands-on expertise is valued but not required). Knowledge of compliance frameworks and adaptive security controls.
