The Opportunity Join a high-performing medical negligence practice acting for major insurers and health providers. Work closely with respected Partners on complex and varied matters, including: Defence of medical negligence claims (including high-severity injuries) Coronial investigations and inquests Disciplinary and professional conduct matters About You 4 years PQE, currently at Associate or Senior Associate level Experience in defendant personal injury, professional indemnity or health law Comfortable running matters with autonomy while working collaboratively Strong communication and client relationship skills Medical evidence exposure is ideal but not essential if you bring the right litigation background and interest in this area.
