You will utilise your highly developed clinical skills to deliver comprehensive assessments and care planning and provide support to the Deputy Care Manager. Essential Criteria: Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Minimum of 3 years post graduate clinical experience Demonstrated leadership and team management skills Experience working with clients living with dementia Prior experience working in an aged care setting Excellent critical thinking skills Advanced communication skills (both verbal and written) Effective time management skills Understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards Desirable Criteria: Working knowledge of AN-ACC Area of specialisation e.g. wound care, palliative care Certificate IV in Frontline Management Post graduate study in a related field Above average computer skills with prior experience utilising an electronic health record program The successful candidate will be passionate about working in aged care, have effective communication skills, be confident in their clinical skills, be a generous mentor and be able to manage a committed and high performing team.
