Melbourne CBD working location. Monday-Friday Roster hours between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Free Parking. Required to start and commence a 2-week training period on the 12th of January 2026. We are looking for a flexible and committed Customer Care Facilitator to join our young and vibrant team. We are looking for someone to commit to a Monday to Friday roster between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to show off your skills and customer service to our customers. Duties & Responsibilities Some key responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to: Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and email in a timely manner Accurately lodge all cases and solve customer queries and relevant details in Salesforce Take ownership and see customer requests through from start to finish Maintain knowledge of a variety of relevant business systems, proactively troubleshoot and identify potential faults promptly Provide support for our award-winning products including Book a Bay, Wilson One and Epark Follow up on all requests for refund About You Problem-solving skills, with the ability to be proactive and take ownership. Able to multitask and handle challenges in an efficient and effective manner Computer literate and willingness to learn new skills. Previous call centre experience is highly desirable.
