We are seeking an experienced and driven Relationship Manager to strengthen strategic partnerships and drive growth across a defined customer portfolio. About the Role As a Relationship Manager, you will be the key point of contact for our valued clients, responsible for growing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating across teams to deliver integrated automation and control solutions. Your ability to foster long-term client relationships and navigate complex project environments will be crucial to your success. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow key customer relationships through structured account management. Identify, qualify, and close strategic solution sales opportunities within your assigned territory. Contribute to a unified Solutions Sales strategy across business units in Australia and New Zealand. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project handover and execution. Achieve sales targets and support the financial performance of your territory. Lead product and service presentations that demonstrate Yokogawa’s value to clients. About You You’re an engaging, proactive professional with a strong track record in sales, account management, and relationship development—ideally within the industrial automation or engineering space. What we're looking for: A degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience. 3–7 years’ experience in open systems, SCADA/PLC solutions, or similar technical sales roles. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels. A collaborative approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to deliver results in a dynamic and multi-stakeholder environment.
