About the role We’re looking for an experienced, strategic and commercially minded leader to shape and execute our strategy with large corporate and Government customers, while driving strong, sustainable revenue growth. Reporting to the Head of Business Sales, you will oversee a national portfolio of account-managed customers including some of Australia’s largest and most complex organisations. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead a high-performing team, playing a critical role in expanding our share of wallet across categories including ICT, Furniture and core Officeworks solutions, while elevating customer retention, contract performance and lifecycle management. You will: Develop and execute a multi-year plan that delivers profitable revenue and margin growth across a sales portfolio of large and relatively complex customers Build and implement initiatives that continually lift sales productivity and enable the external sales organisation to achieve stronger results, more efficiently. Identify and proactively drive cross-functional improvements that enhance customer outcomes and key commercial metrics. Partner with Merchandise and Marketing on annual, quarterly and tactical go-to-market activities, leveraging major product, service and proposition launches. Achieve your annual sales, margin, contribution and cost-related targets. Increase pipeline size and quality while improving deal velocity and win rates across new business, cross-sell growth and retention, spanning all key categories. Above all else, drive the creation of a highly engaged team About you You bring exceptional sales and sales-leadership capability, a creative and solutions-focused mindset, and strong analytical thinking that enables you to lead, influence and move the business forward. You’re commercially astute, highly results-driven and confident operating at a senior level.
