Fantastic Opportunity for a customer focused and experienced Senior Service and Warranty Site Manager to join our Queensland Building team. Reporting to the Service & Warranty Team Leader, your responsibilities will include: Ensure that all customers receive prompt responses and follow up to all matters raised and ensure that commitments given are resolved in a timely manner Completing Inspections in Customers' homes after the Service period finishes, or when a new Warranty case is registered, to qualify defects and disqualify non defects and create scope of works for repairs with costings. Explain to customers how to use products and ensure that customers have all required manuals Be on time to appointments and phone to cancel or change appointments if emergency delays occur Ad Hoc Site Inspections for active jobs Ensure on-site works are undertaken to both Metricon and current industry standards Attend required department office day, as well as playing an active part of team development Progress efficiently through both the diagnostic and action stages of each allocated home; and Up to date recording were required with all reports.
