About your opportunity: Lead, develop and sustain the delivery of the service model of the Child and Youth Family Services Access Unit in achieving key performance indicators and excellence in referral management to support optimal outcomes and provide a clinical reference point for advice across multiple Hospital and Community Health sites. About your role: Demonstrate high level accountability for the application of contemporary human resource management principles to ensure that the unit working environment meets legislative standards and CHHHS policy and procedures. Providing a culture of professional learning, growth, research and commitment to leading and driving delivery of excellence in referral and initial clinical management and contributing to relevant standards for best practice. Provide high level advocacy to address client need and ensure equity and access to services. Lead quality improvement, evaluation and change management to enhance service delivery and provide strategic direction to achieve key performance indicators and optimal outcomes. Demonstrating high level skills in effective communication, negotiation, advocacy and conflict management. Apply high level transdisciplinary clinical knowledge and management skills to ensure alignment and integration with strategic organisational and divisional directions, objectives and priorities.
