Make the move, Make a difference he position reports professionally and operationally to the Director of Pharmacy and is responsible for the operational oversight of the CHHHS pharmacy digital and clinical/revenue data systems. The position also provides professional leadership within the pharmacy service as part of the senior management team. About the role In this role you will: Lead the end-to-end delivery of business improvement and transformation projects, applying structure methodologies to delivery measurable performance outcomes and sustainable operational efficiencies. Professionally and operationally lead the Administration Team Leader within CHHHS Hospital Pharmacy service, including responsibility for performance appraisal and other general people management issues. Provide strategic leadership, guidance, and mentorship to staff, fostering a high-performance culture that values innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the allocated portfolio.
