This position is a 6 Month full-time, max-term contract. Key Responsibilities Manage customer accounts and oversee cash collections Respond promptly and accurately to customer enquiries about account status Develop and maintain strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders Assist customer service teams with resolving account disputes Prepare and update stop service lists and related data Engage directly with customers to process outstanding invoices and meet KPI targets Work closely with colleagues and leadership to reduce aged debt and minimize financial risk What You’ll Bring Proven experience in high-volume B2B collections, with strong reconciliation abilities A customer-first mindset and the ability to build trust and rapport Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a sense of urgency Clear and confident communication skills Ability to work independently, make decisions, and escalate where necessary Tech-savviness and a willingness to learn new systems Experience in the waste industry is a bonus, but what really matters is your motivation, drive, and resilience in a fast-paced environment Who We Are REMONDIS is one of the world’s largest recycling, waste services, and water companies.
