About Your New Role Drive and lead your own caseload, delivering exceptional care to our participants Delivering high-quality, person-centred speech therapy to a wide range of NDIS participants. Participating in peer consultations with other disciplines to achieve client outcomes. Working with clients to set achievable goals that will support them to function more independently. Reporting: Report disciplinary or grievance incidents, assist in record-keeping and data tracking, and provide necessary reports to senior management. What's in it for you!
