The Enrolments Officer reports directly to the Registrar and is a key member of the Community Relations Department. The position provides administrative support to the Registrar and is responsible for coordinating key aspects of the enrolment function for both the Junior and Senior Schools at Girton Grammar School. This includes, but is not limited to, assisting the Registrar in managing each stage of the enrolment process from receiving enquiries about the School until the departure of students and overseeing the School’s compliance and reporting obligations. The Registrar’s Office is the primary point of contact for all prospective families and plays a crucial role in meeting them and promoting and marketing the School's educational programs and opportunities. The Office coordinates the collation of all educational and well-being enrolment information related to students and families and provides regular reports and statistical information on student enquiries, enrolments and movements to the Principal, Executive and School Board to assist in decision-making and the development of new educational initiatives.
