An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and forward‑thinking ICT leader to join BRHS and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital services across our organisation. This position offers the chance to lead a high‑performing ICT team, drive strategic transformation, and strengthen the digital foundations that support exceptional patient care and organisational performance. The Contract: Ongoing, Full Time (80 hours per fortnight with monthly ADO) As a key member of the Corporate Services Directorate, you will oversee a diverse and critical ICT environment including networks, applications, communications systems, cyber security, business intelligence, and technology infrastructure. You will also work closely with the Gippsland Health Alliance to support regional ICT integration and innovation. What You'll Lead & Deliver: Lead ICT strategy, planning and digital transformation aligned with BRHS and GHA priorities Oversee major ICT projects, infrastructure upgrades and technology integration Strengthen cyber security, risk management, backup and business continuity frameworks Drive business intelligence, data governance and reporting capability across the organisation Provide strong leadership to the ICT team, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and continuous improvement. What You Bring: A tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science or related field, plus ICT leadership experience Proven success delivering ICT operations, projects and strategic initiatives in complex environments Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience with business intelligence platforms, data management and reporting tools Solid understanding of ITIL practices and demonstrated ability to prepare technical proposals and business cases.
