What you will be doing Reporting directly to Manager, Election Compliance, this role will be responsible for: Providing advice and implementing effective compliance clear processes, systems and tools for field staff at election events. Monitoring compliance systems and documents to ensure they meet legislative and VEC requirements. Working with colleagues to ensure compliance staff have the right tools and resources. Delivering improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency. What you will bring to the role Experience designing, documenting, delivering and evaluating regulatory processes, with the ability to turn complex legislation into clear, practical guidance. Excellent analytical and organisational skills to interpret legislation, develop accurate procedures and deliver process improvements on time. Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in process or project management, business analysis or similar fields.
