Responsibilities The Corporate Services Manager plays a pivotal leadership role in ensuring Senami’s corporate, administrative, financial, and operational systems are high- performing, compliant, and aligned with organizational strategy. This role supports the advancing of services, to ensure effective coordination, compliance, administration and service delivery of Senami programs to clients. Provide strategic and operational leadership that aligns with Senami’s culture and long-term direction Support CEO in strategic intent, organisational planning and business development Drive innovation, service improvement and operational efficienc Oversee organisational administration, information systems, facilities, HR, finance support and corporate operations Develop and manage administrative, financial, physical and staff resources across the organisation Develop and implement corporate policies, financial procedures, HR processes and operational guidelines Ensure effective contract management, vendor relationships and service agreements Support preparation for audits, accreditation, and quality reviews Provide information, analysis and support for financial reports, audits and budgets Lead corporate staff to ensure smooth business operations and accurate, timely information Oversee staff training, capability building and leadership development pathways Represent Senami at meetings, negotiations, conventions, hearings, seminars and forums Build strategic relationships with partners, regulators, suppliers, auditors and community organisations Professional Experience, Skills and Attributes Must be genuinely interested in providing high quality support and services to people with disabilities Minimum 5 years’ experience in senior corporate management/operations/NDIS management roles proven track record of fostering a high-performing and innovative office culture High-level strategic, analytical and organisational skills Ability to perform under time pressure whilst providing high quality outcomes in every aspect of work.
