This is a Sales Coordinator role with Boral based in Perth, WA, AU Boral Role Seniority - junior More about the Sales Coordinator role at Boral Your next opportunity: We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Coordinator to support the Sales team in the management of customer accounts and key relationships. This is a part time position which will be based at our Perth Airport office. Your day will involve: Support sales strategies in conjunction with our Sales Managers for Concrete and Quarries Provide support in quotations and pricing Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations and contracts for tenders Assist the sales team with managing the Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce) Prepare reports for the sales team regarding customer order progression Implement and maintain an efficient document control system What are we looking for? Strong administration experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role Excellent people skills and communication skills Experience with document control systems and practices Strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines. Experience in the construction or Concrete industry (Advantageous) Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Salesforce preferred) Detail-orientated with a focus on accuracy A dedication to quality and a willingness to learn What’s on offer?
