As our Information Management Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we manage records and information, driving innovation through automation and AI. You will make an impact by Acting as the primary liaison for vendors and ensuring strong, productive partnerships. Overseeing daily operations for mail management, archives, and data stewardship services. Managing and delivering key Information Management projects that support digital transformation. Providing Level 1 EDRMS Help Desk support and ensuring data integrity across systems. Driving continuous improvement initiatives for mail automation and information management processes. What You Will Bring Relevant tertiary qualifications or experience in records, archival, or information management. Demonstrated expertise in EDRMS and related technologies, with a strong eye for detail and accuracy. Proven ability to manage projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on improving customer experience.
