About the Role Join Suncorp’s Digital Insurer program—one of our largest transformation initiatives. In this role, you’ll connect procurement and delivery functions, ensuring contracts, governance, and vendor performance align with program goals. You’ll influence strategy, manage commercial risk, and help create a function that drives value and innovation. What You’ll Do Drive commercial governance and delivery oversight, ensuring contracts and milestones align with program objectives. Manage end-to-end vendor contracts, including negotiation of Statements of Work and Change Orders. Collaborate with delivery leads and procurement to integrate commercial strategies into execution plans. Monitor financial health, validate invoices, and mitigate risks to maintain cost efficiency. Lead vendor performance reviews and governance forums to secure value-for-money outcomes. Provide clear reporting on commercial KPIs, risks, and progress to senior stakeholders. What You’ll Bring Extensive procurement and commercial experience, including vendor strategy and RFx processes. Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management, financial forecasting, and commercial risk mitigation. Exposure to large-scale transformation programs and ability to integrate commercial decisions with delivery milestones. Proficiency in tools such as Excell, Ariba and Jira for analysis and reporting. Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with experience influencing at all levels. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a dynamic environment.
