About the role & where you’ll be working: We’re looking for caring and dedicated Care Workers to join our team at Victoria Park House in Kalgoorlie . This is a part-time position , offering a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. Our heritage-style home caters for 22 residents and features bright, cheerful rooms. Conveniently located just over 1km from Kalgoorlie Hospital, close to St Mary’s Catholic Church, and only 1.5km from Hannan Street and the Goldfields Highway. What you’ll do: As a Care Worker, you’ll play an important role in helping residents with their daily activities, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and at home. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting residents with personal care such as showering and dressing. Reading and following individual care plans. Working under the guidance of Shift Managers (Nursing & Facility). Treating residents and their families with respect, compassion, and patience. About you: You enjoy spending time with elderly people and are comfortable working independently. You have a caring nature and strong communication skills. You’re organised, proactive, and able to prioritise tasks effectively. To be considered, you’ll need: Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support or equivalent. Great communication skills (spoken and written). Attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
