Job Description Senior HR Business Partner- OD focus Permanent Opportunity CBD based Hybrid- Office and WFH (flex on split) Remuneration: 195k CIRCA bonus We are partnering with our global Financial Services client to find an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to provide strategic support during a significant period of growth and transformation. In this dynamic, value-add role, your focus will be on Organisational Design (OD) and Recruitment Projects , while also uplifting the broader HR capability across the organisation. This is a unique opportunity to directly influence the business by partnering with senior leaders and corporate teams. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, guiding them through a range of strategic people matters. Your work will be a balanced mix of hands-on operational support and strategic project work, with a strong focus on building capability through OD and recruitment initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead Organisational Design & Strategic Workforce Planning: Drive key OD initiatives focused on competency and capability building. This includes strategic workforce planning and job design —creating and refining roles and structures to align with business objectives. You'll be skilled at using data and analytics to inform your recommendations and communicate them effectively to stakeholders. Manage Recruitment Projects: Lead and deliver recruitment projects that align with business strategy, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and a focus on acquiring top talent. Provide Dedicated HR Partnership: Partnering with your client group- offering high-touch support across both HR operations and strategy. Drive Capability Uplift: Bring your expertise in OD to elevate the skills and approach of the wider HR team in these critical areas. Be an Adaptable Problem-Solver: Quickly pivot between different projects and priorities, demonstrating a readiness to tackle new challenges and support the team where it counts most. About You You are a proactive, confident, and experienced HR professional with a strong generalist background, complemented by specific expertise in Organisational Design (OD). You have a proven track record of success working within the banking and finance, insurance, or professional services sectors. Strong partnering capability is a must. You are comfortable working autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced and varied role. Your ability to step in and provide support in various functions, particularly in organisational design and recruitment, makes you an invaluable team member. Accreditations such as Human Synergistics or from the Australian HR Institute (AHRI) are highly regarded.
