Your Role This off the floor leadership position allows you to focus on quality, mentorship, and curriculum. You will collaborate closely with the Centre Director and Director in Training to deliver our Reggio Emilia inspired curriculum, mentor educators across all rooms, and support them to grow and succeed. You’ll design engaging learning environments, maintain meaningful documentation of children’s learning, ensure compliance with EYLF, NQS, and regulations, and champion child safety and positive learning outcomes. What You’ll Bring You’ll hold a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, have a strong understanding of the Reggio Emilia approach, EYLF, and NQS, and be passionate about children’s development and safety. You’ll also have First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, a valid Working with Children Check, Mandatory Reporting, and Australian working rights.
