As a Registered Nurse, you will be an integral member of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals accessing the Centre. In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues, clinical staff and Peer workers to provide a range of supports, including clinical care, social and emotional wellbeing and psychosocial assistance. Your work will focus on individuals experiencing mental health crises and/or emotional distress, ensuring care is tailored to their unique needs. Service delivery will be guided by the principles of Trauma-Informed Care and Recovery- This position requires participation in a rotating roster, including day, evening, and weekend shifts. Formal tertiary qualifications in Nursing Current full registration as an Enrolled Nurse/Registered Nurse/Nurse Practitioner with current annual practicing certificate from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Strong knowledge of mental health conditions, treatments, and recovery models.
