See a video of the Principal giving insight into the school here About the role We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Teacher Aide to support our teaching staff and students in the classroom. The successful candidate will assist in providing a positive learning environment and help students achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Support classroom teachers in delivering lessons and assisting students with learning activities. Work with small groups or individual students requiring additional support. Help maintain a safe, orderly, and nurturing classroom environment. Assist with classroom preparation, resource organisation, and administrative tasks. Support students’ social, emotional, and spiritual development in line with the school’s Christian values. Supervise students during breaks, activities, and excursions as required. This part time (40 hours per fortnight) role commences Term 1 2026. Requirements Essential Requirements: A passion for working with children in a Christian educational setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Patience, empathy, and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and students. Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain). Commitment to upholding the Christian ethos and values of the school. Desirable Attributes: Relevant qualifications (e.g. Certificate III in Education Support or equivalent experience) desirable. Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs. Understanding of contemporary educational practices and classroom management. Ability to contribute to extra-curricular activities and school community life.
