The Laverton branch offers: A large, modern workshop with excellent tooling and spare parts support Comprehensive OEM training programs Strong internal career progression opportunities Exposure to a wide range of equipment and technical challenges The role Reporting to the Leading Hand, you'll join a team of experienced OEM fitters who provide strong mentorship and support as you settle into the role. Preventative and scheduled maintenance Servicing, upgrades, rebuilds and overhauls Major component change-outs Diagnostics and fault-finding Working on a wide range of machinery: excavators, loaders, dozers, graders, backhoes, trucks, compactors, pavers, and more. Your value and experience You'll hold a Certificate III in Diesel Mechanics (Cert III in Mobile Plant preferred) and have hands-on experience working on mobile plant equipment in a workshop and/or field environment. You'll also bring: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team A positive attitude and commitment to high-quality workmanship A strong focus on safety Ability to interpret schematics and drawings (highly regarded) Previous OEM training or dealership experience (highly regarded) This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career with a respected, long-standing OEM offering genuine development and long-term stability.
