About Us A well-established construction company with a growing presence in South Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to take ownership of high-value commercial builds. With a secured pipeline across metro Adelaide, this is a long-term leadership opportunity with a builder respected for quality, structure & professionalism. The Role As Senior Site Manager , you will be the driving force on complex commercial projects, overseeing all on-site delivery from early groundworks through to final handover. Beyond managing daily activity, you will provide strategic oversight, mentor site teams, and work closely with senior leadership to ensure safety, quality, and commercial outcomes are achieved. Key Responsibilities Lead and direct all site operations across multiple project stages Take full responsibility for program delivery, quality control, and risk management Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, and client representatives Mentor, coach, and develop Site Managers, Supervisors, and junior staff Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to drive performance Ensure compliance with company OH&S systems and relevant legislation Provide accurate reporting, progress updates, and strategic input to the leadership team Represent the builder in site meetings, driving collaboration and accountability What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on large-scale commercial builds Strong structural understanding - concrete, steel, and framing systems Certificate or Diploma in Building & Construction Demonstrated success delivering projects in the $20M-$50M range In-depth knowledge of Australian building codes, safety, and compliance Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills Trade background (carpentry or similar) highly regarded Why Join This Builder?
