About the role As the Portfolio Administration Manager, you will act as a key liaison between the Asset Management team and internal and external stakeholders. This role focuses on managing lease and tenancy administration, arrears collection, compliance, and reporting to ensure smooth operations across the property portfolio Key responsibilities include: Collate and manage documentation for assignments, transfers, renewals, and new leases. Administer arrears collection processes in line with company guidelines. Maintain accurate portfolio records, including tenant insurance and compliance data. Prepare monthly reports, lease summaries, and site inspection packs for the Asset Management team. Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to resolve site issues and maintain asset quality. About you To succeed in this role, you'll ideally have: 1-2 years' experience in property or asset management Strong Microsoft Office skills &solid data management and reporting abilities Excellent time management, communication & a proactive mindset are essential What's in it for you?
