As Head Chef, you'll be at the forefront of this venue's culinary operations, reporting directly to the General Manager and working closely with our Group Head Chef and Group Executive Chef. What We're Looking For: Proven Leadership: You have a solid track record of managing and leading kitchen teams in a high-energy, fast-paced setting, including setting budgets, wage costing and team development. You're someone who thrives under pressure and motivates your team to deliver consistently excellent results. Confidence to Build: You are willing and able to deal with launching new kitchen and menu, and excited about the challenges & opportunities that this brings. Experience in Elevated Pub Food: We're looking for someone who has experience creating high-quality, elevated pub food, and can bring a unique flair to our seasonal menu. Menu Contribution: You'll collaborate with our Group Executive Chef to make contributions to menu changes, ensuring it aligns with our brand and exceeds our guests' expectations. Team Mentorship: You'll mentor and inspire your kitchen team, offering guidance and support as they grow in their roles. You are passionate about developing others and fostering a positive work environment.
