We’re looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our team on a 3-month contract at our Melbourne Support Office. This role is working on site Monday - Friday in our St Kilda Road office. The Role: You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Managing the reception area and greeting visitors Answering and directing incoming calls promptly and professionally Coordinating mail distribution and booking couriers (local, interstate, and international) Maintaining meeting rooms and common areas Assisting with general administrative tasks and supporting the Executive Assistant as required This role is a 3 month fixed term contract working On-site 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is highly regarded Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment ABOUT BRANDBANK GROUP: Brandbank was founded on bold creative thinking.
