The Blum Institute for Mental Health Research is a new, innovative Mental Health Research Institute established as a key strategic goal of the Mental Health Service. Located at the RPA campus the Blum Institute will support collaborative and innovative mental health research, capacity build with our staff and services, and embed a research agenda in our clinical services. Amplifying the Lived Experience voice in research, and creating opportunities for Lived Experience led research is central to the Institutes work. As a SLHD research service the Blum Institute will sustain and grow collaborative partnerships locally, nationally and internationally to support research activity. The Senior Research Manager, in close liaison with the Head of Department (HoD), is responsible for the overall operations of the Research Unit and in ensuring alignment of the Unit’s activities with the strategic objectives of the organisation. Demonstrated management skills and experience to effectively drive clinical research and build strong working relationships with stakeholders in the public and private sectors.
