As a Customer Re-engagement Agent, your mission is to re-ignite the interest of past enquirers (warm leads) who have already shown interest in our services. This is a performance-based role where drive and resilience pay off. Key Responsibilities High-Volume Engagement: Make a high volume of outbound calls daily (approx 200 calls), focusing on 3–4 hours of active talk time to maximise lead potential. Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly targets (KPIs), specifically achieving 4–6% contact-to-transfer conversion. Effective Objection Handling: Use professional sales scripts and objection-handling skills to navigate conversations and re-engage customers. Seamless Handover: Qualify lead suitability and execute timely, warm transfers to the specialised Broker Team. Skill Development: Commit to daily, results-focused coaching and training sessions to continuously improve performance.
