Free on-site parking The Role As the SAP Plan to Produce Consultant you will be expert business processes and best practices in the Plan to Produce functional areas. Responsibilities Include Assisting the role of Project Manager from the IT team perspective, help to ensure the effective delivery of solutions to satisfy business requirements in agreed timeframes / budgets. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of SAP functionality and capability which will enable the incumbent to make recommendations / initiate proposals regarding business process improvements / standardisation, opportunities for businesses to obtain greater value from IT solutions etc. Support SAP Manufacturing processes at Rheem factories by analysing manufacturing operations and designing solutions for efficient production planning and scheduling. Conduct assessments of Rheem’s manufacturing operations and recommend process improvements. Must be proficient in SAP PP configuration and integration with other key business process areas, including Procure to Pay, Order to Cash and Plant Maintenance. Manage the PLM processes related to products and materials entering the warehouse. This includes receiving goods initiated by a production order and purchase order. Transfer of finished products to warehouses. Provide first & second level support for key users. Ensure that appropriate levels of training and documentation are made available for users. Ensure that effective and efficient common SAP business processes relevant to PP routing, deadline monitoring, maintenance task lists. Understand the business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and perform configuration changes to enhance the business function in SAP PP and PM modules. Develop and manage master data management governance process and support business to optimise master data management. Manage business and client interactions on project delivery to meet Rheem strategic objectives. Essential Soft Skills The consultant requires essential soft skills such as communication, problem-solving, teamwork, collaboration, adaptability, and a focus on continuous learning on technology emerging. Manage effective communication on explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders (business teams) – procurement, supply chain, and operations teams on SAP solutions. Contribute and support on team tasks, collaborate with business teams on identifying key issues and propose solutions to optimise the productivity. Analyse and identify business problems, and translate them into technical solutions across business functions, demonstrating strong problem-solving and analytical ability. Manage scheduled timelines and deliverables of projects, ensuring coordination between IT and business teams across functional areas. Eager to learn and adopt new functionalities in SAP, with a willingness to continuously upgrade knowledge. Manage parallel project tasks and BAU activities simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery with quality outcomes. Provide honest guidance and make ethical decisions under high-demand situations without compromising operational standards. Deliver essential training and support to core business users to ensure high adoption. About You In addition to having experience in a similar role, you will have: Formal qualifications in SAP S4 HANA PP modules would be preferred.
