Role Details: Join Visy in a pivotal role managing procurement for major capital projects. You’ll lead sourcing strategies, negotiate high-value contracts, and build strong supplier networks to deliver cost-effective outcomes. Ensure compliance with procurement policies while partnering with project teams and stakeholders to drive success. What You’ll Do: Develop and implement sourcing and negotiation strategies for capital projects Lead tender and RFP processes, manage evaluations, and negotiate with suppliers Drive cost-effective solutions aligned with project objectives Build and maintain a strong supplier network for ongoing capital works Ensure compliance with vendor selection, contracting, and pricing standards Support project teams with commercial and compliance requirements Act as the key contact for capital-related contracts and stakeholder communication What You Will Bring: Extensive experience in procurement and sourcing, ideally within capital works projects Strong understanding of building and construction contracting methods Proven ability in negotiating, drafting, and executing contracts for capital works Desirable: A degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering Experience in project management or planning Background in the building industry What you’ll love when you join us: Sustainability: Contribute to sustainability initiatives that make a difference.
