Description We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Asset and Project Delivery Manager to join our Health and Education team and play a key role in delivering strategic asset management and capital works projects that support essential hospital services. Reporting to the Contract Manager, you’ll help deliver high-quality outcomes that keep critical infrastructure performing at its best. What You’ll Do This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: Lead strategic asset management across a major hospital portfolio, ensuring compliance with service specifications and sustainability goals. Develop and maintain asset management plans, lifecycle strategies, and capital works programs. Oversee project delivery from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Build strong relationships with internal teams, subcontractors, and government stakeholders to achieve collaborative outcomes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in asset performance, energy efficiency, and environmental sustainability. What You’ll Bring Tertiary qualifications in Asset Management, Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience managing large asset portfolios, including buildings and services infrastructure. Strong project management capability, including financial oversight and contract administration. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative and inclusive approach. A proactive mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
