We support large complex multimillion dollar multiyear projects as well as small “book and turn” renovation work. Our primary customers in these segments are owners building multi-site projects and sophisticated larger General Contractors serving the renovation and new construction segments building marque and highly visible projects. Who we are looking for: We are currently searching for a Operations Manager, based in Southeast Asia, for our Global Construction Services business reporting to the President, Cable Management & Protection, Atkore. In this role, the Operations Manager will lead and improve Atkore’s regional operations across Southeast Asia, overseeing offsite manufacturing, supply chain and onsite delivery. Ensure seamless coordination between client needs and Atkore’s internal and partner teams in manufacturing, engineering, and installation to meet cost, schedule and quality goals. Drive continuous improvement in processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction. What you’ll do: Coordinate and lead day-to-day operations of our regional manufacturing partners, ensuring timely delivery of materials, prefabricated modules, and installation services to our customers expectation. Work closely with the Atkore regional team as the in-region leader. Align their goals to the needs of our customers toward achieving Atkore’s delivery, quality, growth and profit goals Implement Lean principles to drive process improvement, waste reduction, and productivity gains. Supervise regional operations staff, including Program Management, Quality, Finance, and Supply chain, ensuring training, performance, and career development. Act as the primary operations liaison between customers, regional manufacturing sites, trade partners, and suppliers, while identifying and developing new partnership opportunities. Ensure compliance with corporate standards, contracts, trade licenses, and safety requirements. Support our commercial team growth objectives. What you’ll bring: 10 years of operations managerial experience, ideally with experience in off site construction operations. Proven track record in implementing and developing business strategies and managing complex projects or programs. Strong knowledge of the Construction Industry. Demonstrated strong work ethic, integrity, organizational skills, and a strong understanding of data analytics for decision making. Strong communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to travel 20% What you’ll accomplish: Serving our anchor client, improve overall supply performance while expanding our capacity to take on more work in the region. Build a strong team and develop the talent we have. Work with existing suppliers to improve cost and identify and establish new supply relationships supporting growth. Within 3 months, you’ll: Complete the Atkore immersion program. Learn our business and the needs of our customers Establish key performance metrics to assist in day-to-day improvement priorities and long term strategic investments. Within 6-months, you’ll: Stabilize and start to improve our overall safety quality and delivery performance. Identify supply chain improvement opportunities with existing and new suppliers. Build relationships with both suppliers and customers. Make substantial gains in plant performance. Within 12-months, you’ll: Deliver measurable improvements in regional performance, achieving key operational, financial, and customer satisfaction targets. Strengthen and expand the regional supply chain, qualifying new suppliers and establishing reliable partnerships that enhance cost, quality, and delivery performance. Support business growth initiatives, ensuring operational readiness to serve new and existing customers across the region.
