Zoom Recruitment are currently recruiting for multiple Labouring opportunities to work across various short term and long term assignments based in Gepps X, Dry Creek, Cavan and Port Adelaide. Predominantely day shift available, other shift work is limited. About the role: Zoom Recruitment are currently seeking Labourers for multiple short and long term opportunities working predominantely day shift. Day to date duties include: Operating machinery Loading trucks Counting and recording cargo Strapping and unstrapping straps off transport trucks and materials Sorting materials Manual handling Yard hand and general labouring duties Filling gas cylinders and working on a production line Performing maintenance and housekeeping tasks as directed Potential to be trained in operating gantry cranes The successful candidate will have the following ESSENTIAL criteria: Recent experience in a laboursome role (minimum 3 months) Available for commencement ASAP (some starts as early as this week IF successfully shortlisted) Available for interview this week or next week (IF successfully shortlisted) Ability to pass functional and drug & alcohol assessments Driver's Licence and own reliable transport as you may be required to work between multiple sites in one shift Self motivated and a 'can do attitude' Safety conscious Good general fitness, and ability to perform repetitive and physical work safely Must have unlimited work rights in Australia Some roles have the potential for ongoing work.
