Job Title: Forklift Operator Location: South Nowra, NSW About the Role: Join a busy warehouse team handling premium, luxury wellness products. We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to move materials and finished goods efficiently and safely within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate forklifts (LF licence required) to move raw materials, components, and finished products. Load and unload deliveries, prepare shipments, and organise stock within the warehouse. Conduct daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance on forklifts. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse in line with WHS standards. Assist with general warehouse duties including order picking, manual handling, and stock control. Report any equipment issues, hazards, or safety incidents promptly. Requirements: Valid forklift licence (LF); experience with high-reach or counterbalance forklifts preferred. Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting. Strong understanding of workplace health and safety procedures. Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks safely. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Basic literacy and numeracy skills for stock handling and documentation. Desirable: Experience with inventory systems or warehouse management software.
