This is an excellent opportunity to step into a warm, high-billing desk within the mining sector. With strong, long-standing client relationships already in place, you'll enjoy immediate job flow and access to a well-established candidate database that's yours to drive. You'll work closely with experienced mining recruiters , proactively network to identify top talent, and build meaningful connections with clients across Australia's mining industry. In this role, you'll be empowered to: Manage and grow strong relationships with a long-standing client base Identify and convert new business opportunities Work within a well-resourced desk, supported by a refined database and proven tools Even if you don't come from a construction or mining recruitment background, our tailored training and market-specific resources will ensure you're set up for success in a thriving sector. What Do You Need?
