Job Description About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Technical Digital Consultant (5 years) to deliver a range of services to our clients including, digital strategy, data management, system deployments, reporting and analytics. To deliver these services you will need to blend technical capability with a consulting skillset. As part of this role, you will need to define key commission deliverables, be confident enough to engage directly with senior client stakeholders and manage small teams of junior consultants to drive service excellence and client outcomes. It is preferred if you have had experience delivering large scale data and digital transformation initiatives, experience within the construction/ property industry is seen as advantageous. The technical experience required to effectively deliver in this role includes activities typically performed by experienced business analysts or senior data scientists. Your technical capability will need to be complimented with a foundation in consulting, these skills will include, diagnostic analysis, report development, stakeholder engagement and strategic planning. As part of this role, you will need to be active in driving business generation initiatives, this includes networking, lead generation, tender responses and securing commission extensions. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting business objectives with technical solutions—hands-on enough to develop and deliver, senior enough to mentor, and commercial enough to help win work. Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy & Advisory Assess client digital maturity and define roadmaps covering data, platforms, integrations, and change management. Translate business goals into pragmatic solution architectures, implementation plans, and measurable outcomes. Facilitate discovery workshops and produce strategy artefacts (current/future state, gap analysis, sequencing, RACI). Data Management & Architecture Design and implement data models, pipelines, and governance frameworks (quality, lineage, security, MDM). Establish data standards, metadata management, and retention/compliance practices (incl. privacy-by-design). System Deployments & Integration Support/ Lead end-to-end platform deployments (e.g., CRM/ERP, CDP, marketing clouds, data platforms). Oversee API-based integrations, identity/access control, and environment readiness (Dev/Test/Prod). Manage implementation partners and ensure delivery against scope, budget, and timelines. Reporting, Dashboarding & Analytics Define KPI frameworks and deliver executive dashboards and self-service BI. Implement data visualization best practices and model datasets for usability and performance. Drive analytics use-cases (attribution, segmentation, forecasting, performance optimization). Team Leadership & Delivery Excellence Lead and mentor a junior consulting team; set standards, review deliverables, and nurture capability growth. Own project delivery governance: RAID logs, sprint reviews, stakeholder updates, and change control. Champion documentation quality, operational handover, and ongoing support frameworks. Business Generation Support opportunity discovery, scoping, solution design, proposals, and demos. Support the development of new service propositions and marketing. Contribute to thought leadership (case studies, playbooks, webinars, POVs). Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities through value realization and stakeholder relationships.
