Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manager, Investor Relations Campaigns to join our team at MUFG Pension & Market Services. This role is ideally suited to candidates with experience in Investor Relations, Share Registry, Corporate Governance or Listed Issuer Services , who are looking to apply their market knowledge in a client-facing, campaign execution and advisory environment. You will partner closely with the Head of Advisory, Investor Campaigns to deliver multi-channel shareholder engagement campaigns, ensuring our clients receive outstanding operational and execution support. Your work will directly enable our Business Development teams to strengthen and grow client relationships through high-quality shareholder engagement solutions. Location: Sydney CBD Key Responsibilities Partner with Relationship Managers and the Head of Advisory Services to deliver retail and proxy campaigns for listed issuer clients Manage, produce and analyse campaign reporting throughout the full campaign lifecycle Execute campaign strategies and manage delivery to ensure client and regulatory requirements are met Act as a key operational contact point for clients and respond proactively to queries Support the development and maintenance of strong issuer and client relationships Oversee production of campaign materials including scripts, emails, digital ads, postcards, micro-sites, surveys and social media updates Collaborate with internal teams and external partners including contact centres, digital providers, mail houses and share registries Capture campaign metrics and maintain campaign databases and reporting tools Manage multiple concurrent campaigns with strong attention to detail and deadlines Experience & Personal Attributes We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in: Investor Relations, Share Registry, Corporate Governance, or Listed Company environments Shareholder communications, proxy campaigns or investor engagement activities In addition, you will bring: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional client-facing style Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook High attention to detail and strong organisational capability Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across multiple levels Proven ability to work collaboratively and build trusted relationships Sound judgement, initiative and strong problem-solving capability Ability to prioritise and work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments Financial services industry experience What We Offer At MUFG Pension & Market Services, we are proud of a workplace culture that values diversity, inclusion, flexibility and wellbeing.
