They are seeking an IT Delivery Lead / Business Analyst to join their high-performing IT and Supply Chain Technology Team, working across warehouse and transport operations. This role will focus on mapping and improving business processes, uplifting system capability, and leading the delivery of technology enhancements across the supply chain environment. In this role, you will operate as both a Business Analyst — gathering requirements, mapping current and future-state processes, and engaging stakeholders — and a Delivery Lead — coordinating and driving the delivery of IT and process change initiatives to successful implementation. This is a 6-month contract with likely extensions . About You Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or equivalent industry experience 5 years’ experience in IT Business Analysis , IT Delivery , or a hybrid BA/Delivery Lead role Strong experience in process mapping , process improvement, and documenting business and system workflows Proven ability to lead delivery of IT projects, enhancements, or system changes Solid understanding of supply chain operations , specifically warehouse and transport processes Experience working with operational systems such as WMS, TMS or related supply chain platforms Ability to work with stakeholders to elicit requirements, document processes, and translate business needs into technical specifications Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across technical teams, operations, and senior stakeholders Highly organised, systematic approach with strong attention to detail Known for building effective relationships and ensuring outcomes are delivered Your structured approach, strong communication skills, and ability to work across IT and operational stakeholders will be essential to your success in this role.
