Panthers are currently seeking vibrant and hardworking individuals to join our Food & Beverage team as Bar Attendants. Thriving in a fast paced team environment, you will have the ability to work efficiently and pro-actively as you learn to perform the various tasks associated with the Food & Beverage Department. In this role, you will be required to undertake the following duties: Providing excellent customer service to our members and guests; Serving drinks; Food and beverage table service; Ensuring effective replenishment of products; Cash handling duties; Maintaining floor cleanliness including table clearing and glass and plate collection. To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following: Essential skills & competencies: At least 12 months experience in food and beverage service; Experience serving plated food; Excellent customer service skills and communication skills; High standard of personal grooming; Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve; Energetic, positive and enthusiastic approach to your work; Strong time management skills; Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision; and Availability to work across a 7-day roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays. Experience and Qualifications: RSA and RCG Certificates (essential); 12 months experience in a food and beverage role; Cocktail making experience an advantage.
