Desktop Engineer Adeliade Location L2 Desktop Engineer 3–4 Week Assignment Green Light Worldwide have a requirement with our client partner for L2 Desktop Engineer join their team on 3-4 Week assignment. Responsibilities: Perform laptop builds and ensure devices are configured to company standards. Provide remote and onsite support for customers, resolving issues related to: Microsoft 365 (O365) Barracuda security solutions Ubiquiti networking equipment SentinelOne endpoint protection Backup and recovery systems Assist with customer onboarding, including account setup and system access. Deliver high-quality technical support and maintain strong customer relationships. Requirements: Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role. Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software environments. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and related services. Experience with Barracuda, Ubiquiti, SentinelOne, and backup solutions. Apple/Mac experience is desirable. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
