Job Responsibilities: Liaise with customers throughout the vehicle build and delivery process Manage handover bookings, set clear expectations, and ensure timely delivery Coordinate with Pre-Delivery to prepare showroom-ready vehicles with all accessories and documentation Complete final checks, update systems, and approve release — nothing leaves without your sign-off Maintain CRM records, delivery trackers, and report daily handover status with precision Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth, well-paced delivery scheduling About You Strong customer service and communication skills Coordination/admin experience in fast-paced settings Detail-oriented and process-driven Tech-savvy; quick to learn dealership systems Holds a current Australian driver licence Dealership experience preferred but not essential Apply today, interview ASAP, and offer next week.
