Our Melbourne team is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Warehouse Coordinator / Inventory Controller to join us, supporting sales data management and vehicle inventory coordination to ensure seamless operations. Key Responsibilities Vehicle Inbound Management Coordinate with manufacturers and logistics providers on vehicle arrivals. Assist with vehicle inspection, inbound procedures, and related documentation. Inventory Management Oversee daily management and maintenance of vehicles in the warehouse, ensuring good condition. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile system data with physical inventory. Monitor warehouse safety and environment to prevent vehicle damage or loss. Vehicle Outbound & Distribution Arrange and coordinate vehicle deliveries from the warehouse to retail stores. Track transportation progress to ensure on-time and safe delivery. Communicate with stores to confirm vehicle receipt. Liaison & Coordination Act as the main contact point between manufacturers, logistics providers, and internal teams. Handle issues related to transportation and warehouse operations. System & Process Management Maintain and update the inventory management system. Improve inbound, outbound, and storage processes to enhance warehouse efficiency. Qualifications High school diploma or above; experience in the automotive industry or warehouse/ logistics management preferred. Familiarity with warehouse, logistics, and vehicle management processes. Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in office software and inventory management systems. Valid driver’s license and basic driving skills required. Preferred Experience as a warehouse coordinator in automotive dealerships or 4S shops. Logistics or supply chain coordination experience. Ability to handle unexpected situations independently.
