The Agency & The WorkThis established and growing agency is renowned for its portfolio of work with major names across technology, fashion, beauty, and sport. They specialise in delivering memorable, high-impact projects, including pop-ups, product launches, and immersive activations. This is your chance to contribute directly to spectacular events and learn from some of the best in the business. You'll be a key player in the production team, managing all aspects of assigned projects from start to finish, working closely with Creatives, Production Managers, and external suppliers. Your Role and ResponsibilitiesManaging the end-to-end production of assigned experiential projects.Coordinating logistics, timelines, and resources to ensure smooth delivery.Serving as a point of contact for clients and internal teams, maintaining clear communication.Assisting with budget tracking and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. What You’ll Bring to the TableCurrently working in a Producer role (or similar) within an experiential agency.Proven track-record in delivering experiential projects from initial brief through to post-event wrap.Experience in supporting with project budgets.An established network of suppliers is a definite advantage!
