The Role This position will incorporate all aspects of Property Management. We are seeking an experienced professional with 5 years of industry experience to manage the team's workload and oversee end-to-end operations. What we need: Take over everyday tasks from the Director, who is currently hands-on. Willing to learn new processes and embrace change Skilled at delegating and organising the team's work while managing the whole portfolio Willing to learn to manage rooming houses Exceptional property management skills Can do attitude Duties Manage all aspects of the company portfolio end-to-end for rooms and houses.
