Working closely with our Head of Strategic Partnerships, this role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, drives commercial and experience improvements, and maintains alignment between Open and our partners. This is a hands on role that balances analytical problem-solving, project management, partner communication, influencing and negotiating, and cross-functional coordination. What you'll do Operational leadership & execution Execute Open’s partner growth strategy, ensuring seamless delivery of day-to-day activities across assigned partner accounts. Identify operational issues, inefficiencies, or customer experience gaps and proactively lead structured problem-solving to address them. Support planning and implementation of partner-focused initiatives, optimisations, and commercial improvements. Own and manage workflow activities in a management tool to align stakeholders, triage and prioritise work, track and report progress, and enable rapid, effective execution Partner Relationship Support Act as a trusted operational contact point for partners, helping Open maintain strong relationships with its partners. Prepare materials, insights, and recommendations for partner meetings, steering forums, and initiative reviews. Help translate partner goals, requirements, and feedback into actionable operational workstreams. Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with Product, Engineering, Insurance Ops, Compliance, and Marketing to ensure partner requirements and operational changes are implemented smoothly. Track progress on cross-functional deliverables, ensuring risks are surfaced early and timelines are met. Provide operational clarity and coordination during periods of significant change such as partner launches, campaigns, and product updates. Performance Tracking & Insights Monitor and report operational performance metrics, including conversion trends, service SLAs, and customer experience signals. Use data to identify and quantify opportunities to improve acquisition, retention, cost efficiency, or experience outcomes. Support the Head of Strategic Partnerships in preparing performance reports for internal leadership and partners. Process, Governance & Continuous Improvement Maintain operational documentation, playbooks, partner requirements, and process guides. Contribute to internal governance forums, helping ensure alignment with compliance, underwriting, and operational standards. Recommend enhancements to how we work with partners, improving speed, quality, and predictability. What you'll bring 3-5 years experience in operations, partner management, project coordination, or a similar role across tech, fintech, SaaS, insurance, consulting, or startup environments. Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret metrics, spot trends, and communicate insights succinctly. Solid communication and stakeholder-management capabilities, able to work confidently across internal teams and partner contacts. Comfortable working in environments with ambiguity and autonomy. Able to manage multiple concurrent streams of work with structured prioritisation.
