Support delivery of the ME Business Plan by turning leads into great customer outcomes. Emphasis is to grow the portfolio and exceed acquisition targets with a focus on proactively managing prospective and existing customers to retain as well as refer business. As a Mobile Banker, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering personal home lending and financial solutions to both new and existing customers. You’ll take ownership of the customer journey, managing complex needs and ensuring every stakeholder is kept informed at every stage. This role is designed for those who are ready to build a portfolio, develop referral sources, and establish a reputation in the local Sydney market. You’ll receive coaching and support to help you grow, with a clear pathway to progress to Senior or Executive Mobile Banker roles. Your day-to-day will involve building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, managing your own schedule, and being mobile and flexible to meet customers where they are. You’ll be responsible for guiding customers through the lending process, from initial appointment to settlement and beyond, always striving to deliver an exceptional experience and drive customer advocacy. You’ll also play a key role in supporting the BOQ brand, contributing to positive change, and living the values that define our purpose.
