You’ll lead onboarding, deliver training workshops, implement processes, and help our teams reach their full potential. This is a hands on, people focused role where no day is the same! What You’ll Be Doing Train and onboard new venue teams for successful openings. Deliver workshops, maintain training materials, and support operational readiness. Ensure food safety, compliance, and operational standards are maintained. Identify training gaps and implement improvement plans across venues. Coach, support, and develop existing teams to drive operational excellence. What We’re Looking For 2 years’ experience in multi-site training (QSR, hospitality, or food retail preferred). A natural leader who thrives in fast paced, hands-on environments. Self motivated, proactive, and passionate about people development. Valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel between venues. High standards for operational excellence and compliance.
