Your new role Take carriage of files under supervision Advise clients on legal and technical issues Draft pleadings and other Court documents Attend settlement conferences Make Court appearances, including Trials Brief Counsel Regularly attend seminars and events contributing to your professional development and marketing the firm Guidance and mentorship from your manager and the leadership team Your Skills And Experience Experience and knowledge in commercial litigation, insolvency and/or dispute resolution highly desirable Provide high quality, proactive and responsive client service Be proficient in MS365 adaptable to new systems and technology Previous experience with a practice management system (particularly ActionStep) highly advantageous Be highly organised, able to plan and prioritise work to meet key deadlines Show initiative and a willingness to learn and develop new skills Why join us?
